MASS & MASS-Master Access Control
Access to the database is only provided through the MASSOnline and MASS-MasterOnline applications, which are protected by a shared user registration and verified secure password format control.
Access-control position
- No direct end-user read or write access to the underlying databases
- Role-based access levels aligned with individual site administrator configuration
- Registered user access restricted by assigned privilege level (Administrator, Capture Supervisor, Capture only and View only)
- Credential handling aligned with secure encrypted password and authentication practice
PenSoft Cloud Access Control
Access to the cloud is provided through a Web browser or the integrated browser in MASSOnline and MASS-MasterOnline applications, which are protected by user registration and second factor OTP if required.
Access-control position
- Role-based access levels aligned with site administrator configuration
- Additional cloud applications like Contacts, Calender, Chat and Files will be available as defined by Administrator per user
